Unfortunately, not entirely satisfactory. A bike costing a few thousand euros was bought. First there was a significantly cheaper battery than paid for in the bike, then the crank came off in the middle of the ride. The workshop team was extremely rude and arrogant on almost every visit. Then the first, already paid customer service should be paid twice. Unfortunately, this shop is not recommended.

This bike shop has a very wide range, so far we have always received what we were looking for! You can always find friendly, competent contact persons. There are also great e-bikes available, I'm afraid this purchase will be soon. The woman is very enthusiastic. The café is nice to look at and you can still see the range. Coffee and cake were delicious, the service friendly, you can also sit outside very nicely.

On a Sunday ride on a bike, I lost the lock of my bike box. I bought the bike box via the comparison portal CHECK24, which raised the question of where I can get a new lock from. In the bicycle box itself I found the type plate from the company Brassschlager GmbH in Baunach. I emailed the company the same evening and explained my problem. The next morning I received an email from Mr. Arndt from the service team with the answer, if I send him the bill he will send me a new lock immediately. I immediately emailed him the invoice, and immediately received the nice reply that the lock had been sent. Within 3 days this problem was solved without any problems and what can I say, even the key numbers were the same as those of the lost lock. This is called exemplary customer service, many thanks to Mr. Arndt. I can more than recommend you and your company without reservation ...

Very tasty food, super nice staff, good selection of cakes and pies! A small minus point on my part is that the café is in the sales room for the bicycles, so the room smells slightly of rubber from the wheels!

Although my bike KTM was not bought from Mesingschlager, an engine failure was processed smoothly three weeks beyond the warranty period. Very satisfied with customer service and repairs.

Very large and modern store with very good advice. But unfortunately, my request for a service was rejected, since in the high season only customers are cared for who bought their bike in the store ... Very unprofessional! The cafe in the store is great!
